  • 1 bundle of mint leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 whole dried red chilies
  • 3 tbs tamarind
  • 2 green chilies

  1. Soak the tamarind in water for an hour.
  2. Remove the seeds from the tamarind.
  3. Put everything into a grinder and grind until its a smooth paste. Refrigerate.
